When Vision Becomes Visual
I’ve participated in countless pitch efforts over the years, usually right at the start when everything is still a blank page. I love that stage, ideating and bouncing early thoughts with copy, sketching out different directions and building comps that help everyone see where an idea could go. I believe concepting has always been one of my strongest skills and honestly one of the things I’m most passionate about. I love exploring different angles, shaping narratives, and creating visuals that don’t just look good but feel intentional and rooted in something real.
As a visual designer, I take a lot of pride in crafting bold, beautiful imagery with true stopping power! I’m always thinking about how to make something not only eye-catching, but also layered with meaning. I love creating designs that pull you in and give you something to sit with, not just glance at.
Early on, I also became one of the first creatives at my agency to start integrating AI into my pitch process. I used it as a tool to explore concepts faster, unlock weirder or more unexpected directions, and push visual storytelling further. That ultimately led me to help lead a company-wide initiative and presentation around prompt engineering and how AI could support our creative process in smart and meaningful ways.
At the heart of it, I’m driven by ideas, design, and the joy of making something that hits emotionally and visually. Pitch work has always been a space where all of that comes together and it’s where I feel the most creatively alive.
